about all of this and I believe that I did the right

refraining from the use your name in my casual
conversations or any other type of communication that
I may be involved in. Furthermore, I am requesting
that you apply the same disciplines to yourself.

In addition, should you continue your verbal and
written campaign against me then I assure you that you
will immediately suffer the repercussions. I am
currently a member of the Austin business community
and will no longer tolerate your verbal assult, (Assault is spelled like this :) )  which
could potentially hurt one or both of my companies
that are now legal entities of Travis county.

Continue and you will be severely sued for Slander and
Defamation of Character to the maximum extent
allowable by law. In addition to that, every single
person involved will be subpoenaed to court so that
the court may hear their individual testimonies.

I am an adult and I intend to behave like an adult.  (This is good shit!) If
you wish to continue to behave like a child in your
antics then I will take immediate action against you
and use every piece of written evidence that I have
collected from you since the day of your little
broadcast on MySpace.

I am dead serious, Ryan---I will not allow this to
continue beyond this point. Perhaps you should consult
with your attorney in understanding the afore
mentioned laws that protect citizens against wrongful
harm, which could be caused by someone like yourself.

Word of advice to you---if you choose to say or write
anymore statements regarding Clinton Gallimore, make
99% (HAHAHA) sure that you can validate your statements as
well as be prepared to show that they were not meant
in a harmful manner. In addition, I would like to ask
that you be considerate of those people that you
choose to involve when making such statements so as to
keep them from becoming further involved---it's not
fair to them.

I understand that this email to you has the potential
to exponentially increase your level of emotion,
however, please do not construe this message as a
threat. Rather, I would like you to take it for what
it is---a written warning and notice of intent should
you continue in the same manner that you have up to
this point.

Again, the ball is in your court---take whatever
action you choose but be prepared for the
consequences.
